Let’s start with a story, I saw many ted talks, podcast shows, motivational videos, and quotes. I noticed one thing common in them, everyone is asking to watch the thoughts to become successful to become happy, or to lead balanced life because your thoughts shape you are life.
It arises questions that, do thoughts really make difference in life? How thought affect your belief? How do thoughts influence your behavior? How thought it affect your life?
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THOUGHT?
It is an act of thinking reasonably about something such as a goal, an idea, or an opinion on something. Thought is an act of oriented thinking by keeping something in mind like a goal or intention or work.
HOW DO THOUGHTS MAKE US TAKE ACTION ON WHAT WE THINK?
Your active thinking is the work of your conscious mind or conscious brain. The conscious mind filters your thoughts and sends them to your subconscious mind.
The conscious mind is like RAM in the computer it holds data for a while after it either transmits to your subconscious mind or it vanishes over a period of time. Our subconscious mind act like ROM in a computer.
Once your thought reaches to subconscious mind it consolidates your thought as a reflex in the solar plexus. After consolidation, our thought becomes our belief and our subconscious mind start to force us to act on our thought. We focus on what we believe and we try to make our belief a reality.
